Many of you may already know all about my resume.  I have worked in the Tulsa area for many years, catering major events, teaching at cooking schools, facilitating wine seminars, and supporting the local charities. 

As soon as I can get them together, I will post my awards, and recognitions, and will attempt to give you a sense of my business.

I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park.

After working at the Chicago Playboy Club, Southern Hills Country Club, and opening the fine dining restaurant at the Rio Suites in Las Vegas, I have finally opened my own shop in order to match my talent for specialized cooking with your event’s special needs.

You can also see my work at the charity events for the March of Dimes, Tulsa Center for the Physically Limited, and the Special Olympics just to name a few.
